Best dressed football managers
Most of us (boys) love football, and let’s say it is the king of sports . But I do not want to talk about the beautiful game in this blog , but about the best dressed football managers. Did you notice that the most influential and respected managers in football wear the suit during the game? Well, there must be a link about this, maybe just the best coaches wear it.
Here is my list of the best dressed football managers:
n.6 Alex Ferguson
Is one of the most successful football managers in the world , more than 20 years in command of Manchester United and probably England’s most loved coach . As a good “old style football coach” is always wrapped in a dark suit when on the pitch, showing the crowd who is the boss. His style might be a little bit too formal and dated, but at least he wears the suit , something that young managers hardly do. Well done Alex!

n.5 Jose’ Mourinho
The Special One. Always with a suit on when at work, not that flamboyant, but well put together . I believe the colour that suits him better is medium grey ,probably because it goes well with the colour of his hair, but navy blue and black suits him to. And when he is cold he is always accompanied by his comfy Armani overcoat . He should probably wear the tie a little bit more , but come on, he is the Special One, he can do without it.

n.4 Carlo Ancellotti
Has been away from major football leagues for a while, but everybody remembers Ancellotti as the ultimate great AC Milan manager. But Carlo was also famous for being one of the best dressed coaches in Serie A. As an AC Milan fan, I particularly remember Carlo wearing ,when at football games, a very slick and contemporary black or charcoal grey Dolce & Gabbana suit, accompanied by a black slim fit shirt and a Burgundy tie. Sometimes a bit too “ serious “ for my taste, but always immaculate. Forza Milan!!

n.3 Fabio Capello
Another example of how a football manager should dress when at work . Let’ s admit that old dear Fabio knows how to impress, not just with his football skills, but also with his style. As England football manager is imperative to wear the suit , but is also the way he does , with effortless ease and verve. His suits (absolutely Italian) are always very tailored around the waist and shoulders, often in blue and charcoal (couldn’t be otherwise), which gives him a greater presence and power .

n.2 Roberto Mancini
That sounds Italian ! Yes , another Italian manager and another well dressed man on the pitch. Since at the helm of Manchester City , Mancini has always impressed regarding the way he dresses Always composed and immaculate ( unless Ballotelli is not messing around with him) his presence is always felt on the pitch. Since the time at Inter Milan is signature style is always been a dark suit (often navy blue),baby blue shirt and the inevitable round neck jumper under the blazer. But since at Man City he cannot separate from his white and blue scarf, which I think he should ditch it … but they are the team colours, so he can’t do much!

n.1 Pep Guardiola
Is not Italian but Spanish, actually Catalan the best dressed football manager. The way Guardiola wears his suit is unique (also helped by his good physique),he makes formal suits look special and contemporary with a nonchalance that almost nobody has in football. And when he is chilly he wraps up with his elegant dark trench coat that completes his figure. Guardiola is also a very young manager that has already won everything at Nou Camp, with an appetite for more silver wear, which makes him not only the best dressed football manager but also the greatest coach in the world.
